I’m happy to say that Russia are accepted by PayPal system. Now all reseller services for russian clients are illegal. But to take out money from PayPal russians should use US bank only. So now I have no reseller and no US bank account. Paypal payments are not available for unknow time. However you still may use credit cards and bank transfers.
